Reiki is now provided by many NHS hospitals because it encourages the body and mind in to a deeply relaxed state, reduces anxiety, and worry which helps the body to heal.

It is widely known that your mindset, specifically stress and anxiety, can be harmful not only to our mental health, but also to our physical health.

What should I expect from my Indian Head Massage session?

During your first Indian Head Massage session, you can expect a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The session typically begins with a brief consultation where the therapist will ask about your health history, any specific concerns or goals you have, and ensure that you are comfortable. You will then be comfortably seated while the therapist applies gentle pressure and soothing movements to your head, scalp, neck, and shoulders. Life Coaching, NLP & Hypnotherapy

Will you hypnotise me and put me in to trance?

NLP & Hypnotherapy sometimes uses processes to help you into a deeply relaxed state, you will always be aware of what you are doing and able to stop the session at anytime if you wish to.

We go in and out of these deeply relaxed states all the time without realising it, think about the times you have stared off to space, day dreaming. or when you are driving and you realise you didnt even notice the last 4 junctions on the motorway - although you were fully alert and driving safely.

The deeply relaxed stated allows your conscious mind to fully relax so your unconscious mind can form new, helpful neural pathways.

How many sessions will I need & how frequent?

This is dependent on your needs, many clients will see significant changes from the first session & may not need to come back.

Often clients will have more than one change they would like to make so sessions will be planned out accordingly.

The frequency is client led, some clients prefer weekly sessions but fortnightly is recommended. Monthly will also see great results and allows you to notice the changes over a longer period of time before your next session.

Each session builds on the previous changes and will blend the techniques for your individual needs.

Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

Clients will benefit from the treatments on offer, for terminal or chronic illness we will discuss each treatment and how it can help you through the stage you are currently in.

I have experience of chronic ill health and with treating people and have seen really good results in pain management, mental resilience & ease of some symptoms.
